Production Blog: Filming Solo Shots

Hello, Kayla here. This blog post will be pertaining to the progress we have made with filming. Over the break my groupmate Ariel and I met up to start filming. What we will be using to film is the gopro at the moment. We had a little trouble with trying to figure our how to attach the gopro to the tripod. I'm working on that and hopefully can have it figured out before we film again in the upcoming days. We met at a park that's close to our school. My other groupmates unfortunately couldn't make it due to them either being out of state or not being able to make it. So, due to that Ariel and I spoke about what shots we will film prior to meeting up. There were concerns about whether or not we would be able to meet that day at all. That was due to the weather. There were thunderstorms the night before that went on well into the early morning hours. I then checked the forecast and it was predicted to rain. The time that we were trying to establishended up being pushed back to 10/10:30 if we were to meet due to the rain predictto start around the originaltime which was 12 pm. We did end up getting to meet thankfully. We started working on my solo shot. Where I'm walking into the park to meet aith hervis. Unfortunately we couldn't get everything done due to the fact that there was a tennis tournament that was taking place. So due to that we actually had to leave until the tournament was finished which would be in like an hour. Due to the time frame with the predicted weather and because I ended up riding my bicycle to the park, I didn't want to be caught in the rain if it were to fall. So we ended up going home instead of staying.
